Cancellations are non-refundable within 24 hours of the tour start time otherwise 100% refund will be issued

1. No Partial Refunds are issued If the number of people or the number of vehicles is reduced at the time of tour check-in.

Reschedule Policies: Tours may be rescheduled within 24 hours of tour start time based on a standby basis. Tours may be rescheduled free of charge based on availability outside 24 hours of the tour start time.
